About Us

Located on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada range in Carson Valley, 30 minutes from Lake Tahoe and 1 hr. south of Reno, Nevada. Carson Valley Clays is a 70 member private facility 7 miles south of Gardnerville, Nevada with a Trap and Skeet field featuring a 2 5-Stands. A 20 station Sporting Clays course winds it’s way through the mountainous terrain, offering all the challenge a shotgunner could ask for.

A number of “open to the public” Sporting Clays events, NSCA included, are held throughout the spring and summer season.  Leagues are held February through August in 6 week intervals. The club offers the facility to private groups and clubs for use. For info on using the facility (NOTE CLUB WILL BE CLOSED ON THURSDAYS EXCEPT FOR THE CLUB LEAGUES WHICH ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ) call Brad Hall 775-720-7541.
