Hello Esteemed CVC Members,

We are writing to inform you of a few important things.

1. The Club will be closed this Tuesday August 5th for a CVI Private Shoot.

2. The garage is being painted this week, August 4th – 9th. Please stay out of the garage.

3. Ed Cardoza has volunteered to meet members at the Club to assist with getting started at the following tasks. If you have questions or need assistance please call Ed Cardoza at (775) 790-0068 to coordinate any remaining repair needs.He will be able to walk you through where the materials are, and explain exactly what’s needed. We have had a fantastic turnout of volunteers and the Board is extremely grateful. While the Club is looking great, we still have important repairs and need your help. See the needed repairs below and identify a way you can help.

Grounds/Landscape	Weeding of back end of the garage, the mounds, the 5-Stand stations, pistol ranges and parking areas. Bush, hedge, and tree trimming
Clubhouse, Pantry & Kitchen	Vacuum corners/window sills to clear the spider webs
Pantry & Kitchen	Clean/scour refrigerators
Pantry & Kitchen	Clean/scour kitchen

Station Name	Minor Repairs needed including Paint/Stain
Snake Pit	Paint and stain wood on station
Hall	Fill in gravel around the steel station base. New top on gun rack.
OLD NV.	Repair bench and gun rack
Alan’s	Fill in gravel around the concrete slab of the station base. Paint the tower.
Pop	Paint station deck
Pop 1/2	Paint station deck.
Pop 1/2	Re-build or replace bench & gun rack.
Castle	Paint inside walls on upper portion of station
